1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or entering into an engagement with Vizzion International Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Vizzion International Inc. provides professional services including consultations, fixed-scope project delivery, and ongoing monthly partnership retainers, as described on our website and in individual written agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are confirmed in writing before payment is collected.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Vizzion International Inc. does not collect or store your full card details on our servers.
- One-time services are billed at the time of purchase. Monthly partnership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis on the calendar date of your initial subscription until cancelled.
- Applicable taxes, where required by law, are shown at checkout.
- Custom Enterprise engagements are quoted and invoiced per a written agreement signed by both parties.
4. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Monthly partnership plans may be cancelled at any time by emailing info@vizzioninternational.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to services through the end of that period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts. 5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests needed to deliver the services, and use our services only for lawful purposes. Delivery timelines may be extended where required information or approvals from you are delayed.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you under an engagement are assigned to you, except for our pre-existing tools, methods, and materials, which remain the property of Vizzion International Inc. and are licensed to you for use with your deliverables. Website content, branding, and marks of Vizzion International Inc. may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party's non-public information confidential and to use it only as needed to perform under the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided with professional skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Vizzion International Inc. arising out of or related to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid to us for that engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you are dissatisfied or believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@vizzioninternational.com — we resolve billing issues promptly and in good faith, typically within 5 business days.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
